Dear Colleagues and Friends,

I am thrilled to share some BIG NEWS…

We have a New Name!

Jessica Payne Consulting is now Broadsight.

Our new name emerged as we reflected on our core values and the aspirations for societal change that we share with our clients.

More clarity. More impact.

We’ve always centered our impact around a signature ethnographic approach to sharing meaningful stories from client stakeholders, partners and consumers. That remains a foundational piece. With Broadsight, we elevate other stand out elements in our track record:

  • Partnering with bold innovators who lead systems change initiatives within their organizations or institutions

  • Supporting clients to increase their impact around improved wellness, access, and opportunity for the people they serve

  • Obtaining mixed-methods data to promote evidence-informed priorities and communication

  • Emphasizing strategies of connection, integration and coordination so as to do away with silos that segregate people making meaningful change

  • Being responsive – lifting our partners up from right where they are, propelling them towards aspirations and mission

  • Fostering participatory, equitable practices that elevate the agency and ownership of client stakeholders

  • Applying our approach within and also across sectors – education, public health, community development, culture and the arts, etc.

Visit our Approach page for highlights on our ethos, process, methods, and our growing work on replication frameworks.

Real changemakers tend to be systems thinkers who anticipate ways their bold vision could be replicated by practitioners in other settings. Broadsight works with client teams to reflect on the purpose of their work and translate that into replication frameworks, practice guides, or formal models that other innovating practitioners can apply elsewhere.

Visit our Clients page for case studies documenting our work with key clients.

Broadsight continues to build strong collaborative partnerships with our clients. We’re proud to showcase their exceptional work and are honored to be a part of their journeys.

Our gratitude goes out to the incredibly gifted people who helped us build Broadsight.

Our co-pilots New Realm Coaching and Seth Gregory Design inspired us. New Realm’s corporate culture maven, Elizabeth Solomon drew out our higher level vision and guided the wordsmithing and the story that became our message. Brand whisperer, Seth Gregory worked a special kind of almost spiritual magic with us to create Broadsight as a brand, logo,  and a website. We’re eternally thankful  and excited about any continued opportunities to work with and promote these special companies.

Photographer extraordinaire, Isabella Dellolio Photography is responsible for crafting images of our team during COVID when we needed our ‘work space’ to be outsideI Thank you @idellolio!

Social media weavers, Empowered Social Media helped us up our marketing and social media presence so that more like-minded change makers find their way to our doorstep.

Workplace culture and leadership builder, Jessi Kirley of JKirley Collective helped start this ride by connecting us to financial resources, people, and the courage to make the leaps. Here’s to jumping off the ledge, Jess!

Jessica’s close colleagues, family and friends provided the inspiration and encouragement to fuel growth. Thank you for conversation and continual learning, Lydia Ellison, Sue Cairn, Karen Finn, Tiffany Espinosa, Vanessa Ford, Emily Griffen, Harry Johnson, Shannon Looney, KD Maynard, Eileen McCaffery, Nina Orville, Emily Payne, Lily Perkins, Jessica Prodis, Britt Ruhe, Mandeliene Smith, Dariel Vasquez, Katie Zobel. A special thanks to my teachers, Raili Raud and Leta Herman, and always to my siblings Eric, Emily and Adam, and to my boys, Kai, Luca, and Galen.

Thank you also to the agencies that supported the development of Broadsight, including the Center for Women and Enterprise, Massachusetts Small Business Development Center, Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation, and Valley CDC.

With warmest regards,

Jessica & Ariana
